You will receive detailed instructions with every order.

• If you need help choosing the right size, please download and print out our size chart or contact us. Click here for the table: Size chart
• After ordering, you will receive a securely packaged impression foam from us. Please remove it carefully from the package so that no imprints are left on it.
• Now place the mineral in your desired position over the foam and carefully press it down vertically until the mineral stands on its own. Please note: If the mineral does not stand on its own in the impression foam, a support structure is required. In this case, please contact us.
• Carefully lift the mineral out of the foam again without moving it in an X or Y direction.
• Carefully repack the impression as you received it and send it back to us. We will of course provide you with the label.

We have developed a process where in most cases it is not necessary to ship the minerals. We only need your mineral if a special or supporting construction is required.

Are you unsure about making an impression? We offer you additional options for this:

• One attempt = one impression foam per base
• One additional foam = two impression foams per base
• Two additional foams = three impression foams per base

If you decide on several impression foams, please only send us the one that we are allowed to process for you.

We take over from here

After a short processing time, we will send you the finished milled base. We have cleaned it antistatically beforehand and fitted it with an elastic buffer so that the underside is protected from scratches and the base retains its high-quality appearance.

Now your mineral can be placed in its base and unfold its full potential.

Why acrylic bases?

Acrylic is not only an aesthetic material, but also offers numerous practical advantages:

• No damage to minerals: acrylic is a soft material that cannot scratch minerals, as can be the case with glass or other materials.
• Durability: Compared to glass or other materials, acrylic is unbreakable and retains its clear, transparent surface for years.
• Transparency: The clear appearance of acrylic allows the minerals to take center stage and ensures that the viewer's eye is not distracted.
• Easy to clean: Dust and fingerprints can be easily removed from the smooth surface, making the plinths easy to maintain. We recommend cleaning with a microfiber cloth and a suitable acrylic cleaning agent.

Our acrylic plinths are finished in-house. In contrast to cheap mass production, we attach particular importance to:
